YOU Are The Answer: Busting Out of the Box & Embodying Your Full Self with Meditation Guide Solé Romero

Immerse in a gentle yet cataclysmic explosion of illuminating awareness as soul sister and fellow

spiritual teacher, Solé Romero, and I discuss how we create ceremonial space and connect to Source through our energetic gifts and how to come home to yourself using meditation as ceremony.

Solé reveals how she weaves Reiki energy healing, shamanic practices, and meditation into her rituals in reverence and remembrance of her highest self. Through connecting with her elevated self, she was able to make peace with darker aspects of the human 3-D experience, from repressed trauma to the overwhelming grief of losing her mother, her best friend, and spiritual guide, who still protects her “from the other room.”

As she rigorously explored her inner-landscape during her meditation journey, Solé realized that heart space and that shared connection to all things was missing from the world. Her mantra, heal yourself, heal the world, is an invitation for all to reach inward to come into our full power and live a life embodied in kindness, compassion, and love.

The Ceremonial Offering

Let everything you’re currently carrying fall away and allow your breath to guide you to a place of self-awareness and remembrance of who you are. This gentle, grounded meditation is a mighty call to Source energy and will help you tune into the higher intelligence of the universe.

The mantra & essence for today’s episode is: “I AM AN EXPANDED BEING WHO IS KIND.”
