How blessed are we?! Team Mind Body Go was invited to cover New York Fashion Week's most innovative event - the FFF series - it merged many of our loves, fitness, fashion and food all together in one amazing day and it featured the best of the best, including trainer and former #1 world-ranked boxer, Michael Olajide Jr aka Elcuerpo de Papi (Body Daddy), who is the only guy you go to if you just happen to be a Victoria's Secret Angel who needs to look her best for the runway or posing for millions in her undies. We learned more about this amazing man and how his methods and techniques are the most sought-after. And we of course share laughs and have tons of fun along the way. Check out the magic! And his winged shoes - which, p.s. I absolutely adore his reasoning behind wearing them, it might surprise you, and he shares it with us!
Humble, kind, endearing and a total mega badass rockstar - just how we like it!
XOXO, Mucho Love, Light and Blessings!
If you have yet to have the Flickable experience, I highly recommend it! One of the shows I am co-creator/co-host of - Mind Body Go, is all about showing you what's hottest in health and wellness, and Flickable is definitely on our hot list! In fact, it registers FIRE on our sizzle-o-meter.
It's vegan, all-natural, cruelty-free, super tasty and mega chic!
Check out our full, crazy fun interview with Flickable founder, Kevin, to see what the hype is all about!
We at Mind Body Go love us some Marilu! She truly has that special "Hennergy" thing going on, and let me tell you, it is infectious, fun and totally our style. Sonia, Jaycee and I were so blessed to take part in her Always Event in New York City where she lead an 80's-themed Aerobicising class (you def want to click "read more" for those photos;) and the following week she invited us to be on her radio show. During the show we danced, laughed, shared our love for health and wellness and revealed some very personal stories and experiences! Check out
Sheer amazingness! Raw genius! You haven't truly eaten until you go underground, Chef Daphne Cheng style. I am in absolute pure health bliss after my seven, yes seven-courses of fine vegetable dining at Suite Three Oh Six, Tribeca NYC. I'll pretty much let the pictures speak for themselves but will say
