A healthy habit I have developed is this:
Every night before I go to bed I take a few moments to think about the best parts of my day, the things I'm most grateful for. If there were moments that were negative or if anything happened that I wish I would've handled better - I play that event out in my mind but see it happening in the more positive light, pretty much like recreating it in your mind but with a better outcome :)
Lastly, I think about the next day and begin each thought with "wouldn't it be AWEsome if ___________."
When you take just five minutes to do this, you're sealing up the current day with thoughts of gratitude and setting up your next day with positive energy and that = miraculous, magical results!
